We collect the personal and health information needed to provide your care: your name, contact details, date of birth, appointments, consultation notes, prescriptions, laboratory results and payments.

Your records are seen only by staff who need them for your care. Laboratory reports are released to your account only after a pathologist approves them. We do not sell your data.

You can ask for a copy of your records, ask us to correct them, or withdraw optional consents from your account at any time. Contact the clinic for any privacy request.
